Overview
Fence Armor is a direct-to-consumer fence supplies brand serving customers across Canada and the United States. As the business scaled, their existing Shopify store struggled with poor conversion, inconsistent design, and a structure that made it difficult for customers to navigate a highly technical product catalog. The goal of the project was to redesign the Shopify store to improve clarity, trust, and performance—making it easier for customers to understand products, make decisions, and complete purchases.
